First of all, like another reader mentioned, picking Nokia and their Lumia phones as an example was definitely a bad choice since judging by the fact that Nokia never held more than 5% of the smart phone market, their marketing campaigns weren’t what you’d call successful. Secondly, I think that you should you have mentioned and focused on social media on the Inform part of DRIP model since they now play an integral part in both online and offline marketing. Great article and keep up the good work!

The differentiation of product or service is the most important aspect which needs to be done right and chosen well.

Is the differentiation actually the camera? Is it compelling enough to make people switch? Why not just buy a decent camera?

I could be wrong, but most Joe Bloggs don’t even know what 8.2 mega pixel actually means.

Most photo’s captured on a phone are also viewed on a phone. So why does 8.2 mega pixel even matter?
