Glad you liked it Michelle. I totally agree with your comments regarding optimising more than just the little elements. This series of 3 posts focused just on what happens within and immediately after the email. Optimising all aspects of an email programme is of course necessary to gain the best conversions 🙂

We should all be working on creating relevant and valuable experiences for every target group that we have.

That includes welcome scenarios for new leads or customers, but also upselling scenario’s, optimizing transactional emails, optimizing event follow-up…
