Our whole business is based on psychographics and personality and it’s great to see you applying the approach to email.

Behavioural segmentation is powerful but by understanding the personality and drivers of that behaviour it gives you a lot more insight into why your customers are doing what they do.

We also need to start thinking differently when defining our segments as traditional demographics are no longer as relevant as they used to be. We live in a world where boys wear make-up and girls drink pints, grand parents go travelling and parents go to festivals.
